Who We Are

Earthwise Academy is an emerging nonprofit organization being developed to support youth ages 12–16 who are experiencing challenges at home, school, and in their emotional well-being. It will start out as a day program, 5 days a week. Earthwise Academy is driven by passion, grounded with values.

We're a team of passionate thinkers and doers, dedicated to building with purpose and clarity. Relationships, curiosity, and connection drive everything we do.

We Believe

That connection and a psychologically safe environment is the foundation of human flourishing. When young people are deeply connected to themselves, to caring adults, to their families, to nature, to community, and to a sense of purpose, they develop the resilience, confidence, and wisdom to thrive.

Earthwise Academy is not about changing young people. It’s about cultivating the conditions in which they can discover who they've always had the potential to become.

Vision

A world where every young person experiences meaningful connection, discovers their unique gifts, and thrives in healthy relationships, resilient communities, and purposeful lives.

A nature-based wellness, healing and learning centre for teenagers on 100 acres with a river running through it. A peaceful, sustainable place where young people can heal from anxiety, stress, and disconnection while learning life skills, emotional resilience, and environmental stewardship. Eating the food that they helped grow, harvest and prepare. Connecting with nature in a meaningful, guided way that allows them to explore who they truly are without pressure, and outside interference. Learning love, respect, honesty, truth, courage, wisdom, and humility, first for themselves and then for others. A place where education, healing, and revitalization retreats are offered for parents and grandparents to better support their teens and foster the relationship when it is time to welcome them home.

Vision

Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.
